Cancellation policy:
10% of the total price if you cancel after reservation,
25% of the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival,
50% of the total price if you cancel within 15 days before arrival,
100% 7 days prior to arrival & or for no show.
Child Policy:
Children 0-1 years: Free with breakfast included
Children 2-11 years: See child rate
Children 12-17 years: Adult rate, and can stay in their own room.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation 14 to 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit / 25% of booking total
Cancellation 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of deposit / 50% of booking total
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of booking total
Not showing up without cancellation, 100% of booking total
Should your credit card decline, guests have 24 hours to confirm or re-enter the details. After 24 hours, if the credit card still declined, we will release the room.
Child Policy:

Terms and Conditions:
- Check-in time is between 14:00 and 18:00.
- Check-out time is between 10:00 and 10:30.
- SWIMMING POOL NOTICE: Please note that the swimming pool is unfenced and DOES NOT have a safety net. All children are to remain under adult supervision at all times.
- Guests will be held responsible for any and all loss or damage caused to the Establishment by them, their guests, family and/or any other person for whom they are responsible.
- Aan de Leisure shall not be held responsible for the safety and security of personal belongings and valuables of Guests, such as money, jewellery and/or any other valuables held at the establishment. Wall safes are available for use at your own risk.
- Regardless of charge instructions, I agree that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me, my guests, family and/or any other person for whom I am responsible during my stay at the Establishment.
- The personal information provided hereon may be used for administrative and marketing purposes. Aan de Leisure Management guarantees to not disclose any of the information to third parties, other than affiliated companies.
- This indemnity shall be valid for a period of 1 (one) year from date of signature, to be applicable to this visit and any subsequent visit that I may make to any Aan de Leisure Establishment within one year of signing this document. While every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure my safety, neither Aan de Leisure, nor the employees of Aan de Leisure shall be responsible for any injury, accident, death, property loss or damage, loss of physical or mental enjoyment, expense, cost, or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused to myself, my guests, family and/or any other person for whom I are responsible, by or arising from any act or omission, whether culpable or otherwise, from the use or occupation of the Property.
