Aan de Oever is a house built in the Cape Dutch style, an iconic style in historic Swellendam, the third oldest magisterial district in the Cape.
If you want a perfect setting for a romantic getaway, holiday, or stop over to or from the Garden Route or Route 62, we offer you an unforgettable experience.
Aan de Oever has exquisite accommodation in thirteen elegantly furnished bedrooms and suits, each with its own bathroom and private entrance. Our country style breakfast is served on our sunny enclosed patio overlooking the mountains. Breakfast includes fresh fruit juice, a selection of quality tea and coffee options, a hot plated meal and cold breakfast buffet. The buffet selection includes a choice of cereals, fresh fruit, a variety of muffins, yogurt and a selection of breads.

Rates include our delicious full breakfast, as well as access to our wide range of facilities.
Confirmation of Reservation requires a 50% deposit or travel voucher.
10% of the total price if you cancel after reservation,
25% of the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival,
50% of the total price if you cancel within 15 days before arrival,
100% 7 days prior to arrival & or for no show.
Children 0-1 years: Free with breakfast included
Children 2-11 years: See child rate
Children 12-17 years: Adult rate, and can stay in their own room.
