Aan de Leisure Collection is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Guesthouse Manager to oversee our established guesthouses in Swellendam. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy working with people, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and lead a general staff complement.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative, financial, and organisational abilities.
• The ability to manage all aspects of guesthouse operations, including reservations, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance with exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
• Must reside in Swellendam.
